Cooking Class - Furnace Brook Golf Club

$60.00 per person  (Groups are between 12-20 people)

 Learn the techniques of a professional chef. You will be taught the methods of preparation, knife skills, kitchen management and then sit down with your friends and enjoy the meal that you helped create.

 Cooking Demonstration to Include:

Demonstration of preparing the components of the salad including making the vinaigrette..

Presentation of prepping and executing of the beef entree with portioning and manufacturing
