Chef Anthony Columbus has been the Executive Chef at Furnace Brook Golf Club since 2007. He has enjoyed a career in the culinary arts for over 22 years and is a proud 1992 graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in the Science of Culinary Arts. Chef Anthony is both an experienced chef, as well as an entrepeneur. He previously owned Tuscany 323 and Tuscany Express in Rockland Center. He is the owner and head chef of Anthony Columbus Catering, a special events catering company that serves clients at the function hall of their choice. Please see Function Halls we recommend below. Prior to his enterpreneurial roles, Chef Anthony served as Executive Sous Chef for 15 years at the Harvard Club of Boston. Chef Anthony's culinary point of view is all about taking no short-cuts, quality ingredients and presentation.
